Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank approved USD 120m investment to Seraya Partners
The investment will target Seraya Partners' existing focus areas in digital infrastructure and energy transition opportunities.

24 March 2023, Singapore - The Board of Directors of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank ("AIIB") has approved a USD120 million investment into the Seraya Southeast Asia Energy Transition and Digital Infrastructure Fund ("SEA ETDIF"), a fund managed by Seraya Partners .
SEA ETDIF targets control-oriented, middle-market investments in next-generation infrastructure in Southeast Asia, China and Korea, focusing on the digital infrastructure and energy transition sectors. It will pursue digital infrastructure (e.g., data centers) and energy transition opportunities (e.g., offshore wind farm vessel operations, transport electrification opportunities, low energy building solutions and other related subsectors. This is in support of AIIB's objectives for facilitating the region’s green energy transition and technology-enabled infrastructure development, which is also expected to improve cross-border digital connectivity within Asia.
